Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern the use of the gambling services offered by Ffbet (the Site). By opening an account or accessing any service on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not register or use the Site. Ffbet may amend the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately unless a later date is stated. Your continued access or use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and other policies or notices on the Site, these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with the gambling and tax laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Site assists with identity verification as a precondition to participating in or receiving payments. Ffbet reserves the right to request evidence of age, identity, or residence at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or that are suspected of non-compliance. Only one account may be opened per individual, household, or payment method. Accounts must be registered and operated in the name of the lawful account holder and are non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. All transactions are recorded in the account’s base currency and processed accordingly.

Identity Verification and Personal Data

Ffbet may require documentation to verify identity, age and residence. Acceptable forms include government-issued photo ID, utility bills, and payment method proofs. You must provide requested materials within 72 hours of request. If you fail to provide adequate verification, winnings and/or withdrawals may be restricted or forfeited, and the account may be closed. Ffbet may conduct ongoing verification exercises and may monitor communications for security purposes, including calls, emails and live chats. You warrant that the information supplied is accurate and up-to-date and you shall promptly update it if any detail changes.

Compliance with Law and Prohibited Jurisdictions

You warrant that you are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and that you are not located in or accessing the Site from a prohibited jurisdiction. Ffbet reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access from any country or region where gambling operations are restricted or prohibited, and to refuse payment of winnings where required by law. The list of prohibited jurisdictions is subject to change without notice. You agree not to use proxies or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Anti-Money Laundering and Security Checks

Ffbet implements anti-money-laundering controls and may request documentation or information to verify source of funds, payment methods and identity before processing transactions. You agree to cooperate with such requests promptly. Suspicious or unusual activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in the suspension of deposits, wagers or withdrawals, and possible account termination.

Wagering and Game Play

All wagers are final and recorded on Ffbet’s servers. In the event of a discrepancy between client-side results and server-side records, the server records shall prevail. Minimum stake requirements apply to each game or product as specified in the promotions and games descriptions. Wagers are settled according to the game rules and the outcome is determined by the Site's systems. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees arising from winnings, and Ffbet reserves the right to report and withhold amounts as required by law.

Bonuses, Promotions and Cash Outs

Bonuses and other promotional funds are promotional in nature and may be subject to wagering requirements. To activate a bonus, you must comply with the promotion terms, including any required code redemption or eligibility checks. Wagering contributions vary by game type and promotional terms. Wagered amounts from bonuses may be applied to wagering requirements in accordance with the specific promotion, and the order of funds used for wagering shall follow the promoter's terms. Common limits include:

• Time limits: promotion credits and associated winnings must be wagered within the period stated (for example, 90 days for match bonuses; 14 days for certain no-deposit offers); otherwise, unutilized bonus funds and winnings may be removed.
• Maximum cash-out: no bonus winnings may exceed a specified cap (for example, a maximum cash-out equal to twice the bonus amount or a fixed cap); any excess may be forfeited.
• No deposit offers: no-deposit bonuses may require an active depositing account to remain eligible for withdrawal; failure to meet ongoing conditions may void the bonus and related winnings.
• Retention of deposit: if a bonus is canceled or the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus amount and related winnings may be removed, while the original deposit (if applicable) may remain subject to general terms.
• Modification: Ffbet may modify or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice; it is your responsibility to review terms before acting on an offer.

Promotions are issued in the Site's designated time zone and users are responsible for accounting for time differences when participating in promotions.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Site's payment policies. A minimum deposit may be required to maintain an active depositing status. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be delayed or refused if information is incomplete or inconsistent with account records. The Site may convert withdrawal amounts to the recipient’s chosen method using the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. Chargebacks or reversals of deposits are not permitted. Dormant accounts may be subject to balance reductions or reallocation after a defined inactivity period, with any remaining funds returned upon request subject to verification and policy terms.

Fraud, Cheating and Bonus Abuse

Any fraudulent activity, including bonus hunting or collusion, may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. The Site reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and to take appropriate remedial actions, including withholding or reclaiming winnings and applying administrative fees where permitted by law.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site shall be reported to Ffbet’s support channels for prompt resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, and the courts of Curacao shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable local law. By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for resolution of disputes.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with Ffbet’s Privacy Policy. The policy describes how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected, and outlines your rights to access, correct or delete data where applicable. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms and Notices

Ffbet may amend the Terms at any time. Any material changes will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately unless a later date is specified. If you disagree with a change, you may cease using the Site or close your account. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination, Suspension and Effects on Balances

Ffbet may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity. Upon termination, remaining balances will be returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to verification and processing times, and in accordance with applicable law. Winnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause, including fraud or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, Ffbet excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. The Site provides services on an as‑is and as‑available basis. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ffbet, its affiliates and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet regarding the Site and supersede all prior representations or agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing. The English version governs these Terms and any translations are provided for convenience only.
