Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Ffbet. Participation in any promotion confirms acceptance of these General Bonus Terms and Conditions and the accompanying General Site Terms. Promotional Specific Terms apply to individual promotions and may modify the standard provisions; in the event of a conflict, the Promotional Specific Terms shall prevail. The laws of Malta govern these Terms, and the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between language versions.

2. Eligibility and Participation

• 2.1 Offers are limited to one per Player as defined by a single person, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, and payment method. Where multiple accounts or shared devices are detected, Ffbet may confiscate bonus funds and/or winnings and may block accounts. The original deposit may remain refundable where required by applicable regulations, but bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may be confiscated.
• 2.2 Employees, officers, directors, and any members of Ffbet's group are ineligible to participate in offers.
• 2.3 To qualify for offers, a verified phone number and consent to marketing communications (via the account profile) must be in place.
• 2.4 If a player self-excludes during an offer, participation and eligibility for bonuses or prizes under that offer cease for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
• 2.5 Certain payment methods (notably some e-wallets) may be ineligible for casino deposit bonuses; sportsbook bonuses carry no such restrictions. If a method is disallowed, the Promotional Specific Terms will state the limitation. The company reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings claimed via restricted methods.
• 2.6 A bonus must be claimed before placing wagers with the deposit. If a bonus is not triggered, contact customer support to assign the bonus. Bonuses claimed after wagering on the qualifying deposit will not be honoured.
• 2.7 A casino bonus may be forfeited at any time by withdrawing or by voluntarily forfeiting the bonus from the Account. Forfeiture of the active bonus may also forfeit any winnings tied to that bonus.
• 2.8 A sportsbook bonus may be forfeited in the same manner where applicable. Forfeiture of an active sportsbook bonus may result in the loss of associated winnings.
• 2.9 Players may monitor their remaining wagering requirements by navigating to the designated dashboard paths provided for casino and sportsbook bonuses in their account.
• 2.10 There is a maximum stake permitted on casino bets until wagering requirements are satisfied. The maximum per bet is €5 (or currency equivalent). A bet is defined as a single spin or wager. If a bonus is used with a bet exceeding the limit or on excluded games, the portion funded by the bonus may not count toward wagering and any excess winnings may be voided.
• 2.11 The minimum deposit to participate is €20 (or the currency equivalent as shown in the cashier). For other currencies, the minimum will be specified at the time of deposit.
• 2.12 Ffbet may update these Terms at any time. It is the player's responsibility to remain informed of current terms.
• 2.13 Most casino offers must be used within 72 hours of issue unless Promotional Specific Terms state otherwise. Unclaimed bonuses do not convert to cash.
• 2.14 All sportsbook offers have specified expiry or claiming times in the Promotional Specific Terms. Unclaimed offers do not convert to cash after expiry, but where a promotion has commenced and the relevant time has passed, it shall still be honoured in accordance with the Promotional Specific Terms.
• 2.15 Once a bonus is claimed, there is a 48‑hour window to satisfy any associated wagering requirements, unless the Promotional Specific Terms state a different period. If wagering requirements are not satisfied, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• 2.16 Ffbet reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any promotion or future promotions for any customer or group at its sole discretion.
• 2.17 Promotions and bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or persons.

3. Bonus Funds and Free Spins

• 3.1 In Promotion‑specific terms, a "Bonus" or "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to the Bonus Wallet of the Player Account. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must be used to place wagers on the Site. Depending on the Promotion, Bonus Funds may convert to real money in the Cash Balance after fulfilling the required conditions (for example, wagering requirements).
• 3.2 "Free Spins" means a bonus granting the right to play slot games without requiring a stake.

4. Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in Promotional Specific Terms, wagering requirements are as follows: casino bonuses carry a 25× wagering requirement on the combined value of the qualifying deposit and the bonus; sportsbook bonuses carry a 16× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. No‑deposit bonuses and free spins carry their own stated wagering requirements. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to these wagering requirements and may remain pending until satisfied. Wagering requirements are removed or reduced to a nominal balance only when the applicable balance reaches the defined threshold (for example, €0.10 or currency equivalent). All winnings earned while a bonus is active are subject to wagering and may be withdrawn only after meeting the wagering conditions.

Activation or withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Wagering Allocation and Account Balances

• 5.1 When both real money and bonus balances are present, bets are funded from the real money balance first. Winnings attributed to the bonus while the bonus remains active are allocated to the real money balance as the wager progresses, with any remaining amount credited to the bonus balance as applicable by the promotion rules.
• 5.2 If real money balance is insufficient to cover a bet within the allowed maximum, a portion of the bet may be funded by the bonus balance, and only the portion funded by real money will count toward wagering requirements.
• 5.3 If a bet funded by bonus funds exceeds the maximum permitted wager or is placed on a game excluded from bonuses, the portion exceeding the maximum or made on an excluded game will be funded from the real money balance where possible, and that portion will not count toward the bonus wagering.
• 5.4 For casino bonuses, only one bonus type may be active at a time. Complete wagering on the active bonus before the conditions of any prior bonus are considered fulfilled; upon activation of a new bonus, the prior wagering requirements must be satisfied before converting any remaining bonus funds or winnings to cash.
• 5.5 For sportsbook bonuses, only one bonus may be active at a time. Wagering will count toward the current active bonus and, once completed, may apply to the next eligible bonus upon manual activation in the account.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

• 6.1 If a deposit is made while an active bonus exists, the active bonus may be forfeited.
• 6.2 You may withdraw your original deposit at any time subject to verification checks and regulatory obligations. Verification may require submission of KYC documents and related information.
• 6.3 If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

7. Bonus Abuse and Compliance

• 7.1 Delaying game rounds to defeat wagering requirements, depositing additional funds to manipulate play, or any similar activity constitutes prohibited bonus abuse and may void the bonus and any winnings.
• 7.2 If there is reason to believe a promotion is being abused or terms breached, Ffbet may take actions including revoking or reclaiming bonuses and winnings, blocking the account from receiving future bonuses, or terminating the account.
• 7.3 Prohibited acts include: using multiple accounts, collusion, employing bots or third‑party tools, exploiting software faults, masking IP addresses, or any activity aimed at defrauding the operator. If a Prohibited Act is detected, Ffbet may withhold or recover funds and seek restitution for losses arising from the act.

8. Promotions, Expiry and Cancellation

Promotions are offered at Ffbet’s discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are not transferable and any errors or restrictions in a promotion may lead to cancellation or voiding of winnings. If a promotion is unavailable due to technical, legal, or geographical restrictions, Ffbet does not guarantee compensation or refunds for affected players. All times referenced in promotions are in the operator’s local time or as stated in the Promotional Specific Terms.

9. Territory Restrictions and Verification

Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. A list of excluded territories is provided in the Promotional Specific Terms. Verification checks, including KYC and source of funds, may be required prior to withdrawal and may affect qualification for bonuses or the execution of promotions.

10. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Language

These Terms are governed by Maltese law. In case of any dispute, the parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably and, if unresolved, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts. If there is any conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

11. Amendments and Contact
